RETURN POLICY

At Brandbeam, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our brand kits and design services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to return your brand kit. That's why we have formulated a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns and provide you with a hassle-free experience.

The Client may cancel their order and request a full refund at any point before approving the logo mockup. Please see refund process below.

Once the Client has approved the logo mockup and confirmed that they would like Brandbeam to produce their Brand Kit, Brandbeam will not be able to offer refunds of any kind (full or partial) as they will be receiving a bespoke product in digital format.

ORDER CANCEL PROCESS:

After the Client purchases a brand kit:

  1. Brandbeam will get in touch with the Client via email to schedule a Brand Clarity call to discuss client’s brand in detail.

  2. After this call, Brandbeam will email the Client with a form containing three logo design options, five colour palette options, three font pairing options and a list of words to describe the Client’s brand personality and tone. The Client agrees to select your preferred choices for your brand kit.

  3. After Client submits the form, Brandbeam will send the Client a mockup of the logo design reflecting the colour and design choices made. Brandbeam will be ask the Client to approve the mockup or make small edits (such as colours or font changes).

  4. The Client can choose to cancel the order and request a full refund if they do not like the logo mockup, colour or font options and no longer wish to receive a brand kit. The Client must request a refund via email to katie@brandbeam.co.

  5. If the Client approves the logo mockup, the brand kit will go into production. As the client will receive full access to the Brand Kit in digital format, Brandbeam will not be able to offer refunds of any kind (full or partial) once the client has approved the mockup and confirmed that they would like Brandbeam to produce their brand kit.

REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving the cancel request, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
