Brandbeam Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Once the Client submits the pre-work questionnaire, the engagement is considered in progress and no refunds are offered.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Strategy sessions

  • Advisory programs

  • Implementation support

  • Missed sessions

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to implement recommendations

Refunds are only considered if the Consultant fails to deliver services and cannot reschedule.
